30 paintings in 30 days

I set myself the task of completing 30 paintings in 30 days from march 1-30 2008 and this blog is a blow by blow account of that process. at the end of the 30 days i got a bunch of volunteers together to take the work to the streets.

the 30 paintings were unveiled at art melbourne 08 in april. if you still want your piece of the jigsaw, you'll get your chance at art sydney 08 october 24-26.

day 01 - painting layout

I have just finalized the layout of all the canvases check it out.

as you can see all 30 of the works will be connected in some way to form this work which will be over 10 meters long and 2.3 meters heigh.
